My labels are currently in the post but I have seen my girlfriend’s labels and I love them. The reason we chose “That’s Mine” is because you allow us to put our surname only on your labels and we have not been able to find another company who will allow us to do that. I have two girls and my friend has three boys and we couldn’t afford (stay at home mums on a single wage so funds are tight!!!) multiple labels for each child. We also chose you because there is no postage charge which makes the order even more affordable! The last reason we wanted to go with you was for the multiple colour packs – great! Thanks for offering a truly customer based service.

Just to let you know (as you may like to pass on to others!) that your pencil labels are excellent for labelling difficult to label swimming goggles! I stuck one on my son's goggles at the beginning of his last swimming 10 week term & it's still there! It stuck neatly on top of one of the eye pieces so didn't interfere with his vision & didn't wash off!

Just wanted to let you know some feedback.
I have just ordered my second lot of labels from "That's Mine" for both my son and some family members. I had previously tried a competitors brand of iron labels and found them shocking - always coming off in the wash etc.
Yours are GREAT....they don't come off, stay clear and visible and needless to say saves me time re-labelling things. My nephew loved his so much, his older sister asked me to get her some for school and dancing, and nobody has lost anything since.

My name is Jennifer and I would like to thank you for the labels I have just received. Not only do they look fantastic but they actually arrived as promised. In the past I have used another company, but decided to give “That’s Mine” a try as you promised despatch the next day. I ordered on Wednesday morning and they have arrived Friday morning. I have been meaning to write to you for AGES so apologies for the lateness of this note of appreciation. I ordered shoe overlays (in 2006?) and was a bit disappointed that they came off. However, I was surprised and delighted to receive a letter from you some months later (explaining that there had been a quality issue with the overlays) including replacements (which work really well!) I was very impressed with the trouble you had taken to go back through your orders to trace customers who had received the faulty ones. Congratulations and I hope you continue to do well.
